Train the Trainer Programme
Sustaining Network, Sharing Knowledge: the Nurse Committee of ECCO, N-ECCO presents the Train the Trainer (ToT) programme designed for nurse-physician teams as a two-day in-person training and networking with peers in Vienna.
The purpose of the ToT programme is to accelerate and widen the access to high quality IBD nurse training, based on the ECCO Nurse IBD Curriculum, encouraging applications from all around the world.

Applications from low- and lower-middle income countries are welcomed! ECCO will fund the participation in the programme for all selected participants (as per ECCO travel and accommodation reimbursements guidelines). Application deadline: October 31, 2025.

REACHing GLOBAL IBD CARE:
Inspired by the IBD Nurse Education Programme, this initiative is created in line with the ECCO REACH Strategy goals, firstly E: for Equitable Access to IBD Care – expanding the outreach and inclusivity of ECCO initiatives to nascent IBD centres across the globe, and also A: for Attain Sustainable IBD Care – delivering sustainable education, as well as H: for Holistic IBD care – treating the patient as a whole.
