Registration fees for scientific programme

Note: ECCO Members 2020 save between approximately EUR 250.- and EUR 400.- on their registration. Become a Member now! ECCO Members - please make sure you have paid up your ECCO Membership fee 2020 before registering (no refunds). After paying the membership fee for 2020 please allow up to 5 working days before trying to register as an ECCO Member for the Congress.

¹ Students/PhD Students registering at the Affiliate Member Congress fee must upload a certificate of their Student/PhD Student status during the registration process. The Affiliate Membership is open to a holder of a post-graduate non-medical degree professionally affiliated with the field of IBD (e.g.: dietitian, pharmacist, psychologist) who is not an industry representative. If no certificate is being uploaded, the registration process cannot be completed.

² Nurses registering at the Nurse Non-Member Congress fee must upload a certificate of their current nurse status and registration number during the registration process. If no certificate is being uploaded, the registration process cannot be completed.

³ Students/PhD Students and delegates holder of post-graduate non-medical degree professionally affiliated with field of IBD (e.g.: dietician, pharmacist, psychologist) may register for the Affiliate Non-Member Congress fee. All delegates registering at this fee must upload a certificate of their professional status/Student or PhD Student status during the registration process. If no certificate is being uploaded, the registration process cannot be completed.

⁴ Patient Advocates registering at this fee must upload a proof of their membership of a Patient Advocate Association during the registration process. If no certificate is being uploaded, the registration process cannot be completed. Please note that you might not have access to industry sponsored satellite symposia.

ECCO Membership (paid membership fee 2020) is a pre-requisite for a majority of the offered educational activities (exception: Basic ECCO: EduCational COurse for Industry). To become an ECCO Member or to renew your ECCO Membership for 2020, please click here.

Please register for these educational activities in advance within the online ECCO Congress registration, no onsite registration possible. The number of participants for each educational activity is limited. Registration will be on a first come, first served basis.

Group registration

Group Registrations will be open as of June 2019. Group Registrations must be set-up through the ECCO Portal. You will be asked to enter the contact details of the group contact person, the correct invoice details, as well as the details of each delegate, within the online registration process.

Early non-member group registration (no names)

To buy a certain number of non-member registrations and guarentee the early registration fee, please use the button provided in the ECCO Portal. The full payment for those registrations must be received by November 13, 2019 at the latest.

The full names, details, and individual delegate e-mail addresses must be entered by January 15, 2020. Any incomplete registrations after this date will be cancelled with no refunds. Agency/Sponsor contact details and email addresses as registration data for delegates cannot be accepted.

Deadlines

EARLY REGISTRATION FEES	Deadline:  November 06, 2019, 23:59 CET
EARLY REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT	Deadline: November 13, 2019, 23:59 CET	In case the full amount of the Early Registration fee has not been received,the late registration fee will automatically become effective.
LATE REGISTRATION FEES	Deadline: January 29, 2020, 23:59 CET
EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES REGISTRATION	Deadline:  January 29, 2020, 23:59 CET	Registration for Educational Activities will be on a first-come, first-served basis (no on-site registration possible).
LATE REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT	Deadline:  February 3, 2020, 23:59 CET	In case the full amount of the Late Registration fee has not been received, the onsite registration fee will automatically become effective.

Terms of cancellation

A cancelled registration can be taken over by another participant (name change) free of charge until January 15, 2020.

In case you do not want to transfer your registration to another participant, the following fees apply:
- cancellation by November 13, 2019 a refund of 50% of your registration fee is granted.
- cancellation after November 13, 2019 no refund can be granted.

Onsite registration

Participants who would like to register onsite are advised to arrive early. The registration counter will be located in entrance hall of Bella Center.

Please note that in order to pick-up a pre-paid ticket, the passport/ID of the delegate must be shown at the registration desk.

Please note that we solely accept VISA and Master Card as payment method for either Memberships and/or Congress registrations. 
Cash payments are accepted solely in Euro.
Other currency as well as other credit cards will not be accepted.

Please note that in the event of a cancellation of the congress by the organisers in case of force majeure, the registration fee, hotel deposit and any other services ordered through the registration will be partially refunded or forfeited, subject to the commitments of the congress organiser at that time. You may wish to insure yourself directly against such a risk.
