e-Vouchers for groups

Here we inform on how to buy and activate e-Vouchers for groups for your visit at ECCO’25.

How to buy e-Vouchers for a group

1. Renew / Create an ECCO Account

You need to have an ECCO Account. You can create a new account, or retrieve the log in details of your current account directly through the ECCO Portal.

2. Know how many ECCO Members are in your group

You need to know how many ECCO Members 2025 you would like to have in your group so you can benefit from the reduced member fees. Feel free to check with the ECCO Office whether your delegates are ECCO Members or not before proceeding with your group registration.

3. Enter correct invoice details

You need to make sure to enter the correct invoice details during the registration process and indicate the correct VAT No. or Tax ID. If you require any changes to the invoice after it has already been issued, it will result in an administrative fee of 5% of the total invoice amount.

4. Buy e-Vouchers

Group coordinators can buy e-Vouchers for (1 to 250 within one registration / no upload of certificates required):

  • members
  • non-members
  • exhibiton access only
  • industry congress fee & early exhibition access
5. Receive confirmation & invoice

A group confirmation and its corresponding invoice(s) are sent to the group coordinator after the group registration is complete. Your invoice(s) will also be available under the respective registration on the ECCO Portal. If a registration deadline has passed before we receive your payment, the next applicable registration fee shall automatically apply and a new invoice will be issued.

6. Provide the e-Voucher codes to your delegates

You need to provide the e-Voucher codes to your delegates and invite them to activate their e-Voucher in the ECCO Portal by clicking on “Congress Registration” and “Activate e-Voucher”. Your delegates will appear on your final registration list. You will be able to download your registration overview in excel format. Voucher codes are unique and will reflect the registration fee purchased. For instance, a non-member cannot use a member’s voucher code. A non-member voucher can be used for a member.

7. Delegates need to take action

Each delegate needs their own ECCO Account so they can activate their e-Voucher under the registration button. Once a delegate activates their e-Voucher code, a registration confirmation is sent directly to this delegate.

8. Add extras

Educational Courses on behalf of your delegates can be added to your registration directly under the respective delegate (who needs to be an ECCO Member 2025) and needs to already have activated their e-Voucher. Button: Add extras.

Payment Information

Please be aware a group handling fee of 4% will be charged on top of the group congress fee. Payment by credit card is possible for any amount below EUR 5000.- through our secure online payment page. We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. Payment by bank transfer is possible for any amounts.

Important: Please state the respective invoice (202x-EC25-xxxx) and registration number (EC25-xxxx) as payment reference. Please find our bank details below.

Important Information

Payment Deadlines

The following payment deadlines apply:

  • For any Early Registration Fees: November 27, 2024 - 23:59 CET
  • For any Standard Registration Fees: February 5, 2025 - 23:59 CET
  • Final payment deadline: February 5, 2025 - 23:59 CET

Transfer payments must reach our account by the deadlines.

After February 5, 2025, transfer payments are no longer possible – any outstanding amounts must be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX).

In case the full payment for a registration is not received by the deadline, the next applicable fee automatically applies.

Badge Pick-Up

No group badge pick-up. Prior the congress all the delegates will be emailed a QR code in order to scan and print their own badge onsite.

Certificate of Attendance & CME Credits

All registered delegates will be able to download the Certificate of Attendance and access the evaluation forms for the CME Credits by logging in to the ECCO Portal after the congress.

Terms & Conditions

It is the group leader’s sole responsibility to ensure that each delegate is only registered once. Double registrations can be cancelled, but are subject to ECCO’s Cancellation policy. ECCO cannot be held responsible for double registrations.

Official agency for AIFA submissions

According to Italian legislation, any Marketing Authorisation Holder or pharmaceutical company responsible for the commercialisation of a drug, which organises or helps to organise, whether by direct or indirect funding in Italy or abroad, a congress, or a meeting on topics in any way related to the use of medicine, shall notify the responsible Unit of the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA) at least 60 days before the date of the event to ensure that these adhere to strict technical criteria and intend to provide further knowledge in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, biochemistry, physiology pathology and clinical medicine.

Activate e-Voucher

Only delegates registered by a group coordinator need to activate their e-Voucher in the ECCO Portal.

Step 1: Sign into your ECCO Account

Sign into your ECCO Account here.

If you forgot your password please go to forgot password.

If you do not have an ECCO Account, please create a new account.

Step 2: Navigate to “Congress Registration”

Once you are in the ECCO Portal click “ECCO’25 CONGRESS” and then select “CONGRESS REGISTRATION”

Step 3: Activate your e-Voucher

Click on the button "ACTIVATE E-VOUCHER"

Step 4: Fill out the registration form
Please enter your unique e-Voucher code, select your compliance, profession and “Submit”
