Order process:

• Orders made via the official satellite symposia application form, sponsorship application form & booth application form (avaiable now) will be accepted. Confirmation of the preferred sponsorship options and preferred slots for satellite symposia will be communicated as soon as possible.
• All sponsorship items are sold on a first come, first served basis. A time journal will be kept to document the exact time when orders have reached the ECCO Office.
• Deadline for application: according to respective sponsor items as stated in the prospectus.
