N-ECCO National Representatives

The role of a N-ECCO National Representative is primarily to be a link for all nurses in your own country who have an interest in IBD with the N-ECCO Committee via the N-ECCO Committee Member: Adriana Rivera.

Details of the role

  • This is necessary to enable you to provide the N-ECCO Committee with feedback regarding its work and activities throughout the year.
  • To provide information on IBD nursing initiatives in your country to the N-ECCO Committee.
  • To be involved in other N-ECCO initiatives.
  • The N-ECCO National Representatives will also be expected to play an active role during the N-ECCO Educational Activities at Congress (to help with translation) and also teach sessions for the N-ECCO School.
  • As a National Representative you have the opportunity to become a member of the committee, when members are being re-elected, and play a more active role in developing N-ECCO.
  • To promote individual membership and the profile of ECCO in their country.
  • To support ECCO in promoting the ECCO Congress and educational activities in their country.
